Today I want to share with you some special non-veg delicacy from heart of Bengal. As you know Bengalis are really fond of some specific Non-Veg items. So besides fishes they all love to eat egg preparations too. And that is the reason I want to share one authentic egg preparation from Bengal. Hope you will be liking it. My mom used to do this curry which is little spicy . And we loved to have it with warm plain rice . Methi Matar Malai | Creamy Fenugreek Leaves Gravy with Green Peas | North Indian Dish

Today sharing a very famous recipe from North India. Methi Matar Malai . I will keep it in 2nd position after Palak Paneer only. It has an own flavors which are coming from its ingredients. Its blended with some rich and royal ingredients which are also easily available in markets too. In my home party I always prefer to put this exotic dish to give some unique touch in My menu list. And after preparing this dish I get some appreciations which are just priceless to me.Originally I got  this recipe from my Mom. The main combination she used that methi with green peas or spinach with green peas. So took the chances to give an experimental taste with the combination of famous recipe from North India. And I think I succeed . In case about nutritional benefits it gives a full nutritional values as all of the ingredients used ich in here is very healthy. It is rich in iron,calcium,protein,carbohydrates,minerals,fibre etc. So it is a Healthy and Tasty side dish too.

Ajwain Paratha | Carom Seeds Paratha | Caraway Seeds Paratha

Ajwain Paratha somehow its very familiar with every one I think. A strong aroma of ajwain paratha,easily digestive and tasty too. In my childhood my mom very often made this paratha and we were just fond of it.- "Mom now I am preparing too." Someday when i am feeling very lazy to do anything specially cooking , serving this paratha with little mixed pickle and that's all. My family is very happy with this combo. And its really easy to prepare also. Specifically nutrition value about ajwain is many more. It helps to increase the digestive function and ajwain contains an essential oil name Thymol which is very useful in local anesthetic, antibacterial and anti-fungal properties. Patrani Machhi have you heard it before. May be yes. Because it is a very popular fish recipe for a selected states but spices only varies. In Bengal it is mostly popular in Hilsa fish and Bhetki Fish. It brings a heritage value if it is served in any of Bengal big ceremony like marriage.
