Paneer Peshawari

After a long back I am here again. Sorry for this inconvenience. Due to my laptop and for a long tour in my home town I could not manage my blog thoroughly . But Now I am online . And I am back with a mouthwatering paneer recipe . This is some kind of Royal dish of Paneer. A white gravy in Sahi taste. But It may vary in taste from cook to cook. You can try it . I tried it lots of time. and it comes out really tasty . Hope you will like it. So check out the recipe.





Ingredients :

Paneer Cubes 2 cup
Cashew Nuts 2 tbsp
Almonds Nuts 2 tbsp
Mawa / Khoya 3 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Green chili Paste 1 tsp
Boiled Onion paste 1 tbsp
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 cup milk
Freash Cream 2 tbsp
Cardamoms 3
Clove 2
Sugar to  taste
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
4-5 Strands Kesar, diluted in 1 tsp of milk.

Method :

Soak paneer cubes in Hot Water with little Salt.
Combine cashew nuts, Almonds nuts, ginger,green chili,mava and 2 cardamoms. Blend in a mixer grinder.
Heat oil in Pan.
Add remaining 1 cardamom, and cloves and onion paste to it. Saute for 2-3 min.
Add prepared paste and mix well. Cook for 2-3 mins.
Add  white pepper powder,milk,sugar and salt.
Mix well.
Add little warm water if needed.
Add paneer and cook for sometimes.
Add freash cream and Saffron .
Serve hot with warm rice.
