Dahi Paratha | Yogurt Paratha

Friends I want to share with you a very chatpata or delicious recipe here…This is yummy (:p) ………Indian Bread which has taste of variety…….Normal chapatti is always used for dinner here in India………But to taste different We have to make it delicious in various style…some of them I want to share with you…It can be eaten with mixed pickle or some Indian curry…Lets check some of them day by day……….I used to do this one very often…….and its My creation You can say…..Its yummy to taste…My Hubby like this very Much……….Enjoy it…




Ingredients 
  • All purpose flour 2 cups
  • Yogurt/Curd as much as required to make a dough
  • 1 pinch salt
  • White oil 4 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Method 
  • Mix flour, 1 pinch salt, 1 tsp oil, red chili powder, and cumin seeds very well.
  • Add Curd as much as required to make a dough.
  • Keep aside for 2 hours.
  • Make 4-5 balls from the dough.
  • Make shapes like paratha.
  • Heat little oil in a pan.
  • Fry very well both the side.
  • Dahi paratha/Curd Bread is ready .
  • Serve hot with Pickle or Any other Indian vegetables curry or Paneer curry.
