Avocado, Dates, and Dry Fruits Smoothie Recipe | Breakfast Beverage

Ingredients - 1 ripe avocado - 4-5 dates, pitted - 1/2 cup mixed dry fruits (such as almonds, cashews, and pistachios) - 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy, such as almond milk) - 1 tablespoon honey (optional) - Ice cubes (optional) Instructions :  1. Soak the dates in water for 10-15 minutes, then blend them with a little water until smooth. 2. Add the ripe avocado, mixed dry fruits, and blended dates to a blender. 3. Pour in the milk and add honey if desired. 4. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. 5. Add ice cubes if you want a thicker, colder smoothie. 6. Blend again until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is the desired consistency. 7. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. A Road Trip & a Munching Basket

As we are on our long drive, the excitement was palpable. Quick & Easy Paneer Recipe: Mixed Veggies Paneer Recipe

Here's a simple and delicious recipe that combines paneer, capsicum, potato, onion, green chili, and tomato: Ingredients - 250 gm paneer (Indian cottage cheese), cut into small cubes - 1 large capsicum (bell pepper), sliced - 1 large potato, peeled and diced - 1 large onion, chopped - 2-3 green chilies, chopped - 2 large tomatoes, diced - Ginger Garlic Paste  - Kasuri Methi  - 1 tbsp Curd  - Salt, to taste - Cooking oil or butter, for sautéing Instructions 1. Take oil or butter in a pan or you can add later on also .  2. Add chopped potato , paneer . 3. Add green chilies, diced tomatoes, sliced capsicum and diced potato and mix well .  4. Add some spices like Kasuri Methi & Ginger Garlic paste , curds , cumin powder, coriander powder, roasted powder or garam masala to give it an extra flavor boost. 5.
