Here's a simple and delicious fruit salad recipe: Tropical Fruit Salad Recipe Ingredients : 1. 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced 2. 1 cup fresh mango, diced 3. 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced 4. 1 cup fresh kiwi, peeled and diced 5. 1 orange, peeled and segmented 6. 1dragonfruits, peeled and segmented 7. 2 tablespoons honey 8. 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 9. Sprinkle of shredded coconut (optional) 10.Chopped Almonds , Dates , Pistachios for added flavour.  Instructions : 1. In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, mango, strawberries, kiwi, orange, and dragonfruits. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well combined. 3. Sitting quite is not just a habit but a practice which creates lots of energy to make my day special .  As we know good food good mood ! Similarly Detox water enhances the power of healthy mind .Detoxification is such type of a purification which empowers lots of health benefits like Hydration , Nutrients Boost & Low calorie beverage . There are many therapeutic detox waters for generosity.  But I like the forest one . Where I want mix up various rare fruits like few pieces of dragon fruits , slices of kiwi , cranberries, a handful of mint leaves  , slice of English cucumber will be a great choice & fresh sliced Apple !  An overnight infusion of fruits & water is just like a terrified energy booster for the next day throughout.  

Roasted Chicken With Jeera Rice | Lunch Recipe | Dinner Recipe | One Pot Meal

Roasted Chicken Recipe :  Marinate Boneless Chicken (500 gm )with Lemon juice , 1 tbsp Curd , 1 tsp Jeera Powder , 1 tsp Pepper powder , 4 tbsp Olive oil and Salt . Marinate for 1/2 an hour . Greese butter & Olive oil on tawa , Place the marinated Chicken cubes on tawa . Roast all the sides for 10 to 15 mins . Once roasting done , keep aside . Sprinkle pepper powder one more time ...  Jeera Rice :  Cook Rice (500 gm ). Heat white oil for seasoning . Add 3 tbsp cumin seeds , chopped green chili . Let it splutter . Add & mix seasoning in Rice bowl with lots of chopped coriander leaves & salt .
