How to Prepare White Chutney :
Ingredients :
1/2 Cup Grated Coconut
4 tbsp Roasted Bengal Gram
4 Green Chilies
1 Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
Few Curry Leaves
Salt to taste
2 tbsp White Oil
Preparation
Grind Coconut , Roasted Bengal Gram , Green chilies & coriander leaves together adding little water .
For Tempering :
Heat oil ,
Add Mustard Seed, curry leaves .
Let it cool .
Add Tempering and Salt to Mixture .
Mix well & Serve .
