Cheesy Paneer Kofta Recipe | Snack Recipe

As nowadays its really hectic time for me to do some super heavy recipe to cook. Its really better for me to try some light cooking with leftover items in my pantry. Its time to go somewhere . That is why paneer, cheese, potato and some light vegetables were my ingredients to do this kofta. But it is better to use as a tea time snack . I think leftover ingredients give you innovative idea to cook good food. So in my words its really a super duper hit snack. And according to my family it was just awesome and try this again for our guests on any home party .
A heavy kind of protein is used here. Which are very essential for human beings. For kids its a lovable healthy soft tiffin. So friends try this out for your family.





Cheesy Paneer Kofta Recipe | Snack Recipe

Prep time: 10 mins
Cook time: 10 mins

Ingredients
  • 250 gm Paneer mashed
  • 1 medium Potato boiled
  • 1/4 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic grated
  • 2 tbsp Parsley finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper crushed
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Grated processed cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Rice flour
  • Oil to fry
  • Tomato or Garlic sauce
Cooking Directions
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl..
  2. Divide the mixture into 8-10 equal portions and shape each portion into a small ball.
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai, and deep fry until the balls turn into golden color from both sides.
  4. Drain excess oil through absorbent paper and serve with your desired sauce.
