Chicken Lollypop | TangriKabab

Chicken Lollypop is one of the favourite dish in our family.I just come to know from Wiki that Tandoor means "a cylindrical clay oven used in cooking and baking". But this is the recipe of Chicken Lollypop or Tangri Kabab  which is my first attempt at home also . Chicken lollypop is something different from Tandoor itself . You can prepare chicken lollypop in gas stove  as well in microwave oven .

As we are very fond of Chicken,so in every weekend I wish to prepare any kind of chicken dish.So here is my easy recipes of Chicken Lollypop ...

Ingredients :

Chicken Legs 4 pcs.
Garlic Paste 1tsp.
Ginger paste 1tsp.
Curd 2tbsp.
Red Chili power 2tsp.
Garam Masala 1tsp.
Tandoor Masala (Any Brand)
Oil 2tbsp.
Butter 1 tbsp 
Ghee 1 tbsp
Lemon extract 2tbsp.
Salt to taste.

Method :

Marinate chicken legs with all ingredients for 3-4hrs.

Preheat Microwave oven at 180 degrees. 

After marination grill it for 10 mins.

Sprinkle some oil/Butter/Ghee to it and again grill for 10 mins. or until it is almost done.

Sprinkle lemon extract to it and grill another 5 mins.

Chiken Lollypop is ready to serve.

Serve it with Salads, Raita and lemon extract.
