Gobi /Cauliflower Manchurian
- Cauliflower 5-6 florets cut into small pcs.
- Spring Onion 5-6
- Ginger paste
- Garlic paste
- Vinegar 2 tsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tsp
- Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
- Green Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
- Corn flour 5 tbsp
- Pepper powder 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Orange Food Colour 1 pinch
Method :
1. Half boil cauliflower florets .
2.Marinate cauliflower with ginger garlic paste and a pinch of salt.
3.Add food colour and vinegar.
4.Add soy sauce , chili sauce and few spring onion , 1 tsp corn flour powder and mix well.
5.Make a batter of cornflour, salt into some water,keep aside.
6.Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
7.Take 1 tbsp portion of mixture , deep into batter and fry until became red colour .
8.Keep fried manchurian aside once done , sprinkle black salt .
9.Gobi/Cauliflower manchurian is ready for serving .
