Rawa Uttapam

Uttapam :

Uttapam... I Love This Dish...And my family too...Last Tuesday I tried at home...My in-law parants Loved this too much..and it is very easy to cook...a perfect breakfast which takes less time to prepare... and healthy too...



Ingredients :

1. Semolina (suji) 2 cups
2. Curd 1 cup
3. Onion 1 middle size (chopped)
4. Green Chili 4-5 (chopped)
5. Tomato 2 (chopped)
6. Coriander leaves 1 cup (chopped)
7. Black Pepper Powder 3 tsp
8. Salt to taste
9. White Oil 2 tbsp

Method :

1. Mix all the ingredients(without oil) with little water.

*** It should be a thiken gravy.

2. Soak for 2 hours.
3. Heat little oil in a pan.
4. Spread 1 big spoon of mixture on the pan with thiken base(Like pizza base).
5. Low the flame.
6.Cover with a lid for 5-8 mins.
7. Uttapam is ready.
8.Serve hot with sambhar.
