Significance of Animals & Birds In Hindu Mythology .

We are religious . We have believe in our God. In same way we respect all the animals in our earth , Each of the animals have their own significance and that is why they seem to  carry their good and evil contradictions for their God respectively ...... accordingly they carry their impact towards our  prosperity . 

Today I am going to share some of the significances of our Hindu Mythology based on Animals and Birds. Take a look on the influences of Hindu Animals & Birds ......



  • Owl : Goddess Lakshmi brings Prosperity in our Life but white owl only. So if you see there is advent of white owl around your house , this means there is an existent of wealth in your house .
  • Pigeon :Pigeon is the symbol of peace and unity . So this is good to have a Pigeon nest in house as well flying around house also .
  • Drake/Duck : This is good sign to hear the quake . This means , you have a planning to have your own house .
  • Cockatoo : Auspicious bird . It is said if there is a cockatoo in your house , you will be always wealthy and rich .  
  • Rat : White Rat is a symbol of Good Fortune .
  • Lizard :  Having Lizards in house is Good symbol. This brings progressiveness for your house.
  • Honey-Bee : Advent of Honey-Bee in house brings well-beings in our way.
  • Turtle/Tortoise : According to Hindu Scriptures Turtle brings always good luck . Any types Turtle carries Good Fortune . So no need to explain, how to have your Good Fortune always. That is why Turtle meat is strictly prohibited in Hindu Scriptures.

Whenever I am thinking for some special cuisine at my home, it has to be really a special dish for me. No any common dishes I would not prefer to follow absolutely. So Some state or region has its own culture for their cuisines. So we identify them only by their special and identical cooking preparation which are really well known by all of us.As for example For Mughlai khana we always know that Biriyani is the most favorable delicacy. Same to same Awadhi cuisine or Lucknow cuisine has their own specialty too. In maximum cases they are cooking in Dum Puckt style foods means cooking will be done in a big hundi with a lid including all the spices but in low flame. Lord Ganesha - The Hindu Deity .

  Om Ganeshaya Namah In Hindu religion there are so many deities are worshipped . All though they are very much different from one god to other goddess. From the ancient age we Hindu are devotee and cultural by nature . We love to worship, we love to pray and obviously we love to do all good things for our wish fulfill. Somehow we all know that Lord Ganesha is our one of the most worshipped deity in Hindu religion. He is worshipped at first of all Goddess too. In that way you can see the Ganesha statue in the front of every temple. There are lots of believes in Hindu devotees. Devotion to Lord Ganesha is widely familiar from wisdom to intellect. In Indian Mythology Lord Ganesha is called Siddhidata Ganesha. Here Siddhidata signifies Bestower of success and accomplishments.
