Paneer Tikka Without Onion Garlic Ginger

This evening sharing a Paneer recipe. Paneer Tikka a famous starters in any Indian Occasion or Party. But now at your Home Party. A special Paneer Tikka without onion garlic and ginger. Still its taste is just awesome. I got this recipe from one of my favorite cooking show. Thanks to E-Tv Bangla. I was thinking from long back that one dry Paneer Tikka I should try but it must be little different obviously. At last I got it. So I tried and got appreciation from my Family too. May be You tried something else but not that one ! So try this out too. Trust me you will like it .



Ingredients :


Paneer Cubes 4 cups.
Yogurt 2 tbsp.
Roasted Carom Powder 2 tbsp.
Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp.
Kashmiri Red chili powder 1 tbsp.
Chaat Masala 1 tbsp 
Black Pepper powder 2 tbsp.
Dried Crushed Methi Leaves 2 tbsp .
Salt to taste.
Lemon Juice 3 tbsp.
Oil 2 tbsp.

Method :

Soak Paneer Cubes in Hot Water with little salt.
In a bowl mix Yogurt,roasted carom powder,black pepper powder,Garam masala powder,kashmiri red chili powder and Salt to taste.
Add Paneer cubes and mix well.
Marinate at least for 15 mins.
Add crushed methi leaves .
Heat oil in a tawa.
Fry marinated paneer in medium low flame until golden brown.
Now put fried paneer in skew stick and hold into gas flame directly for 1 minute.
Now sprinkle lemon juice and chaat masala over to paneer tikka.
Serve with Salads and Curd sauce or Coriander sauce.
