Spicy Red Kidney Bean | Rajma Masala

Rajma Masala a popular north Indian Treats .So this time I prepared one spicy red beans curry. I prepared it with some major spicy ingredients. A specific garam masala and rajma masala which I prepared at home. It will be bit rich and hot. It can goes very well with any paratha,chapathi or naan. To make little sour in taste I used dried mango powder. You can try little tamarind pulp too. And curd I used only after preparation. But my suggestion is whenever you are preparing this recipe make it little tangy and hot in flavor. Dears I am telling you one particular rajma masala. Make it and store it in a container and use when you require. Hope you will like it. And use a handful coriander leaves which brings more taste in your Rajma Masala. Spicy Okra or Spicy Ladies Finger. Whatever you say. Its same. Its Really an Interesting simple and quick Recipe I ever made. But about to taste its just like Restaurant Style Masala Bhindi . Tradition wise it Varies. But I prepare little in Rajasthan style. For this particular recipe some special spices are require. But I must these spices are very common. So to make it more quickly usually I prepare this spices for long term basis in quantity wise and store it into for 1 month at least. Its really a easy job for me. And this spice is not only useful for this particular recipe also. With This spices you can easily made one more tasty preparation i.e. Dry Gobi Masala or Spicy Gobi. Trust me its just awesome. Friends Today I am little late to post a new post. I was little busy with my personal work. But anyway I cannot stay away from my Blog too. So today sharing yummy non-veg treat which is very famous in all over India. Who are non-Vegetarian, for them I am sure that they must be tried this recipe for once or many times. I visited Mumbai for the first time when I was in 7th standard. It was really a great tour for me. Visited the most popular places of Mumbai with my family. I enjoyed a lot! And after marriage I again shifted in Maharashtra but not in Mumbai but it was Pune. Again I got the flavor of Pav-Bhaji. But this time I got the chance to learn how to make Pav-Bhaji! So no miss!!! So I must say that its really the authentic one. Here gatte means besan or gram flours. A gram flour balls are preparing with some spices in a different ways. Then you can make any kind of Curry or Kadhi whatever you say in your style. But authentically Marwari peoples are making this one with traditional kadhi. So I am sharing this recipe with the Kadhi .
