Today sharing one delicious paratha recipe. This is really yummy paratha recipe which is tasty as well as healthy too. Its taste vary from person to person. In my childhood My mom usually made it with homemade paneer . It is my mom's favorite paratha too. When she came to me I prepared for her and she liked my version too.When my mom was making this paratha it was simple and less spicy too. But nowadays when I am preparing this paratha usually I add very minimal spices that is too homemade. And this recipe is just a Hit one paratha recipe in our family. Hope you will like this too...

Paneer Paratha | Stuffed Paneer Indian Bread | Stuffed Paratha

Cook time: 15 mins

Ingredients
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flours
  • 1 Cup Whole wheat flours
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Cups Mashed Cottage cheese/Paneer
  • 1 medium size Onion finely chopped
  • 2 Green Chili
  • 1 medium size Tomato finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • Oil to fry + 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Cooking Directions

To make stuff :
  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped onion,chopped tomato,chopped green chili gradually.
  3. Fry for a while.
  4. Add mashed paneer and salt to taste.
  5. Add turmeric powder,garam masala and roasted cumin powder and fry for sometimes.
  6. Add chopped coriander leaves and put off the gas.
  7. Keep aside.
To make paratha :
  1. Prepare a soft dough with 2tbsp oil and salt.
  2. Divide dough into 8 - 9 small portions.
  3. Now put little portion of paneer stuff into each of the dough and roll it like paratha.
  4. Roast on the heat tawa for few minutes then shallow fry in little oils.
  5. Serve warm with any side dish or pickle or yogurt sauce.
