Litchi Ice Cream | Home Made Lychee Ice-Cream

Ice Cream a frozen dessert . Who does not love to have it? Basically ice cream is a combination of Milk and Cream. So Milk and Cream are the main ingredients of Ice Cream. But nowadays there are so much variations of ice creams are available in the market too. So you can create many flavors of ice cream using artificial colors and flavors too. It is a creamy and cool dessert . And absolutely perfect for the summer season too.

I am not a die heart ice cream lover but as litchi is my favorite fruit so I could not resist myself to try one litchi flavor ice cream for this summer. My son is also die heart fan of this litchi flavor ice cream. It is very easy to prepare also. After preparing this ice cream I am thinking to do more experiments with ice cream as it came out quite perfect. My family loved it. So another summer cool dessert recipe for you. Litchi Ice Cream | Home Made Lychee Ice-Cream

Prep time: 5 mins
Cook time: 15 mins

Ingredients
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 4 Cups Fresh Cream
  • 1 Cup Litchi Crush
  • 1 Cup Real Litchi Pulps
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flours
  • 1/2 Cup Milk Powder
Cooking Directions
  1. Firstly boil 3 cups milk until it becomes 2 cups milk.
  2. Make it cool completely.
  3. Add corn flours and milk powder and mix well.
  4. Add litchi crush to it and beat well.
  5. Now add fresh cream to it and beat again.
  6. And whip it into a mixture for 2 mins.
  7. Pour into the ice cream tin and freeze it for 6 hrs.
  8. Then again whip into mixture for 2 mins.
  9. Add fresh real litchi pulps and mix.
  10. Again pour into ice cream tin and freeze for 6 hrs-8 hrs.
  11. When done serve 2 scoops of ice cream with the litchi pulp.
I think it is a great idea if you serve this Chilled Ice Cream with any Traditional sweets from India. So i have chosen Kalakand recipe from Minnie owner of www.lady8home.com .Her kalakand looks just fabulous . It will be a super duper hit combo for any guest at your home. Hello Meena... you asked about Lychee Crush..? Lychee crush actually lychee pulp extract only. It is easily available in any super stores... Various company are over there like Mapro.
