Homemade bread but stuffed. Really nice snacks right? For the first time I tried and it was just fabulous. A good healthy snacks for all of your family members. Its really boring for every day breads for evening snacks at all. As my son is very much choosy about foods. So I have to try new new recipe for him. Everyday bread s with some tricks like cheese bread, sandwich bread, butter toast etc etc. This is the time for fast food also. who does not love to eat fast food? My son too and this is also very true that for any kids it is very dangerous to eat Fast foods.  So again its the time think about some thing new like fast foods. Then one easy and lovely idea I got and tried . It came out as I supposed to do it...

Stuffed Paneer Bread | Homemade Stuffed Bread

Prep time: 1 hour
Cook time: 30 mins

Ingredients

For Dough :
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flours
  • 1 Cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Yeast
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • As much Required Milk to make dough
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
For Stuffing :
  • 1 Medium size Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 2 Green chili chopped
  • 1 cup Corn kernel boiled
  • 1 Cup Green Peas boiled
  • 200gm Cottage Cheese /Paneer
  • 1 medium size Tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala/ Pav Bhaji Masala (Homemade)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
Cooking Directions

To make dough :
  1. Mix all the ingredients of bread except milk.
  2. Now mix warm milk little by little and make a soft dough.
  3. Cover and keep side for at least 1 hour.
  4. After 30 mins knead a little with hands.
  5. Again cover and leave it for 30 mins.
To make Stuff :
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add all the vegetables one by one and saute for a while.
  3. Add mashed paneer and cook for some times.
  4. Add salt turmeric powder and all dry masala/spices and mix well.
  5. When stuffs are ready let it be cool.
To make stuffed Breads:
  1. Now from the dough make 8 small dough and roll it with a roll pin.
  2. Put 2 tbsp of stuffs and give a desired shape as per your choices.
  3. Close the edges properly with little water.
  4. Keep it into fridge for 30 mins.
  5. Brush milk on the top surface of the breads.
  6. Preheat oven in 200 degree for 10 mins.
  7. Bake the breads for 20 mins and then grill about 10 mins.
  8. Serve hot with little sauce and tea.
