Masala Chaas | Spicy Buttermilk (Smoked Flavor)

Masala Chaas or Spicy Buttemilk whatever you say, a favorite drink in this summer . A tasty beverage which is popular for its digestive reason. Means this drink has its own value. Whenever you had some rich foods after take one glass of Buttermilk and it will help you to digest the rich foods. Its a healthy and tasty drink and my favorite too.

Originally it has some basic procedure to make buttermilk like after putting yogurt in a bowl or clay pot has to blend with the whipper or madhani when one thin layer like butter will comes on the top is filtered with a piece of cloth and then the remaining part of the mixture is called Buttermilk. It has a thin yogurt consistency. Then to make it spicy you have to use some basic common ingredients. Now if you want to make it more flavorful or want to bring some smoky flavor on this drink. You should try my homemade smoky procedure only. So friends lets try this healthy buttermilk and enjoy...

Whenever I am thinking for some special cuisine at my home, it has to be really a special dish for me. No any common dishes I would not prefer to follow absolutely. So Some state or region has its own culture for their cuisines. So we identify them only by their special and identical cooking preparation which are really well known by all of us.As for example For Mughlai khana we always know that Biriyani is the most favorable delicacy. Same to same Awadhi cuisine or Lucknow cuisine has their own specialty too.
