Chole Masala | Chana Masala | Spicy Chickpeas

Chole masala a favourite delicacy for every Indian. Though its taste varies from state to state means there are so many variety Punjabi Chole, Rajasthani Chole etc etc. A spicy treat goes very well with Bhature or Poori.
This recipe is little spicy and tangy in taste. Try my recipe and find a new taste.

If you ask about nutrition Chickpeas are a good source of zinc , folate & protien, Chickpeas are low in fat too. Chickpeas also provide dietary phosphorus which is higher than the amount found in a 100-gram serving of whole milk. For kids it is a best practice to give one bowl of boiled chickpeas everyday. Whenever I am thinking for some special cuisine at my home, it has to be really a special dish for me. No any common dishes I would not prefer to follow absolutely. So Some state or region has its own culture for their cuisines. So we identify them only by their special and identical cooking preparation which are really well known by all of us.As for example For Mughlai khana we always know that Biriyani is the most favorable delicacy.
