Stir Fried Egg Paneer | A Quick Recipe

Egg Paneer  sounds really very new! But its a simple recipe I prepared yesterday. An easy and quick recipe. A combination of eggs and  paneer with some fresh vegetables..I served it with jeera rice. And trust me it was just lovely combination... A very colorful attractive simple recipe which is just unbelievable for any kitty party or home party. everybody will enjoy it... So try this recipe and enjoy. Hope you will love it definitely...



Egg Paneer

Cook time: 5 mins

Ingredients
  • 4 Boiled Eggs (White part only)
  • 1 Cup Grated Paneer
  • 1 Red bell Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Medium size Onion
  • 4 tbsp Curd
Cooking Directions
  1. Egg white Cut into medium size cubes.
  2. All the 3 colors bell pepper and onion cut into medium size cubes.
  3. Heat butter in a pan.
  4. Add cumin seeds when starts to splutter.
  5. Add Bell peppers and onion cubes saute a little.
  6. Add paneer bhurji and eggs too.
  7. Add red chili powders, coriander powders and saute for a while.
  8. Fry and adjust seasoning .
  9. Add curd and mix well saute for sometimes.
  10. Sprinkle lemon juice and Black pepper powder and serve as per your choice.
