Homemade Walnut Chocolate | A Gift Idea For Kids

Who does not love chocolate??? From kids to elder,everyone is chocolate lover. So dear Friends today sharing an interesting Chocolate recipe. This recipe I got from one of my favorite cookery show in E-Tv Bangla. It was telecast a long before. Till then I was thinking to try it. But not getting enough opportunity to try this one. Now got a chance to try and share it. I was just surprised that it came absolutely what I exactly wanted . Its just awesome. A homemade chocolate easily can compete with any other chocolate which are available in Market or Shopping mall. Hope I will start one homemade chocolate business 😆Do not take seriously. Just joking !!!  Anyway it will love everybody kids to elder persons. So sharing the recipe...

Walnut Chocolate

Ingredients
  • 4 Pcs. Wafer Biscuit (Normal Flavor)
  • 1/2 Cup Walnut
  • 1/3 Cup Cashew Nut
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar powder
  • 2 and 1/2 Tbsp Full Salt free Butter / White Butter
  • 3 Bar Chocolate Bars
  • Silver or Golden Foils

Cooking Directions
  1. Roast Walnuts and Cashew Nuts in 1/2 tsp Butter.
  2. Grind it into a food processor.
  3. Grind Wafer Biscuit into food processor,make it dust.
  4. Now in a bowl mix both the dust and add sugar powder too.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add butter to it and mix finely with your hand.
  7. Prepare 6-7 balls with that mixtures.
  8. In the mean time put chocolate bar in a bowl and put that bowl onto a sauce pan filled with hot water. (as shown in the pictures).
  9. When chocolate melts, put balls into the chocolate and roll over to melted chocolate fully.
  10. Once its done, keep the chocolate balls into the deep fridge for 5-6 hours.
  11. Once it sets ,cover with foils as per your choice.
  12. Now Walnut Chocolate is ready to serve.
  13. Store it in cool place .
Tips :

  1. If white butter is not available in your pantry then you can try with normal butter also.
  2. In case of Chocolate bar I used Plain Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolates.
  3. For wafer I used plain wafer biscuit in normal flavor.
