Creamy Mushroom Soup | Restaurant Style Soup

Eat Healthy Stay Healthy. Today sharing a healthy soup recipe. I mean its really a healthy sip .Creamy Mushroom Soup.Mushroom is a variety of gilled fungi with or without stems. Whatever you say the Fact is that it is a healthy food for all of us. I got this recipe from one of my Favorite Bengali Cook . She is a great cook since long time. In every bengali family she is one of the greatest culinary expert when I was too small too. No one she is Bela Dey. This soup recipe is from her collections.Lovely Recipe. I tried with little change and my kid loved it very much. But some peoples may do not love Mushroom. For them it is just surprised ! They can never feel like Mushroom at all. In my family my Husband is that kind of people who is very unwilling to eat Mushroom. But when I prepared this one.He said its just amazing! So its a really a good one. Creamy Mushroom Soup


Recipe by Nabanita Das
Prep time: 10 mins.
Cook time: 15 mins.

Ingredients
  • 250 gm Mushroom
  • 2 tsp Onion finely Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 and 1/2 cup Chicken Stock/Vegetables stock
  • 50 gm Butter
  • 2 tsp Cornflour
  • 1/2 cup Thick Cream
  • 2 tsp White Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger Juices
  • 3 tbsp Coriander leaves Chopped
  • 1 medium size Tomato chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Cheese Grated
Cooking Directions
  1. Washed Mushroom thoroughly and wipe it with dry cloths.
  2. Chop mushroom in small small pieces.
  3. Heat Butter in a pan.
  4. Add Chopped Onion,Garlic,Tomato and Coriander leaves.Saute for a while.
  5. Mix cornflour and Milk together.
  6. Add corn-milk mixture slowly slowly and stir continuously.
  7. Add Chicken stock or Vegetables Stock slowly.
  8. Adjust seasoning .
  9. Now add ginger juice .
  10. Let it be boil.
  11. Before switching off gas stove add fresh thick cream and white pepper powder.
  12. When serving add grated cheese and serve.
