I enjoyed a lot with my Family. But again I am back in my routine life. And its time to Post a new recipe for the year 2013.

Now switch to my today's recipe.

Today I am going to post an Indian Paratha name Punjabi Kulcha. But Friends here is the recipe for Paratha in oven version. Its very easy to prepare. No hardness or stiffness is there. Its really soft soft as you make in Gas stove. Even you can make it in your Convectional oven. No special oven is required for it. And again Punjabi Kulcha can be made in several ways. Now the Easiest way I am sharing with you. Lets Try this one.
Check out the recipe...

Ingredients :

All purpose Flours or Maida 2 cups

Egg 1
Yeast 1/2 tsp
Warm water 2 tbsp
Curd as much you need to make a dough
Salt to taste.
Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Butter 4 tbsp

Method :

In warm water put yeast until dissolve.

Add all the ingredients without Butter.
Make a dough .
Do not make it so stiff. It has to be soft only.
Keep in a warm place into the air tight container for 5-6 hrs.
After fermentation keep on pressing by hands for 2-3 mins.It will be more soft then.
Prepare 4 balls from the dough.
Now make the shape as per your choice.
Preheat Oven in convection mode for 5 mins.
Apply butter on the crusty plate.
Sprinkle little flour on it.
Put the paratha on the tray with minimum gaps.
Bake for 10 mins. in convection mode in 200 degree C. (turn once after 5 mins )
Spread Butter over it.
Serve hot with Chana Masala or any Punjabi Sabji Curry.
