Honey Nuts Chocolate Cake

Dear all , for a long period I was trying to share you one Cake or Dessert recipes. As you have followed that there is no post about Cake and Bake label. So at last I decided that I have to put Cake and Bake label in my blog s soon as possible. Now its done. This is the reason I tried one Cake for you. Very simple it is. But in taste I can say Its mind-blowing and healthy too. Cake is the filling of Milk, Eggs and Flours. So its very Healthy for kids too. But you must be followed that in presentation I am very simple . For presentation I spend a very less time. So in this case its also true. Ha Ha Ha.... ) . I only decorate with those ingredients which I used for the recipes. Anyway hope you are liking my simple presentation too. But I must agree with that You all my friends are experts in Presentation. So Hats Of To You. Learning from you too...

So Friends,today I am explaining how to make Honey Nuts Chocolate Cake. Its very easy to prepare. And very nice choice for any kind of kitty party. You can give a surprised to your guests by serving this Home made Chocolate Cake. And if this a birthday party for your Children. Then no way to say that How they will like the cake !!! Actually the Kids are very fond of Cakes , specially if it is a chocolate cake with nuts. So hope you will try it next time at your home definitely. And saying about presentation its up to you. You can present it as your choice !!! So lets check out the Ingredients and Method...





Ingredients 

Flour 1 cup
Castor sugar 2 tbsp
Cocoa powder 1tbsp
Honey 1/2 cup
Soda Bicarbonate 1/2tsp
Baking Powder 1tsp
Cooking Butter 1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Condensed Milk 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Melted Chocolate/ Chocolate Syrup 1/4 cup
Roasted and Broken Nuts (Almonds,cashew,Pista)
1/2 cup water

Method

Mix Flour,Cocoa powder,soda bicarbonate and baking powder in a bowl.Keep aside.
Beat sugar and butter untill light and fluffy.
Add condensed milk.Beat for 1 minute.
Add milk and vanilla essence.Beat untill smooth and light.
Add half melted chocolate/syrup and half honey.Mix well.
Pour into a deep greased bowl.
Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
Let it stand for 4 minutes in the Microwave.
Make it cool .

For Icing 

Put a pan onto the stove.
Pour the remaining Melted Chocolate /Syrup,Honey and 1/2 cup water.
Stir continuously until get get sticky consistency.
Pour over the Cake.
Fridge it for sometimes.
Serve as your choice of presentation.
