Country Thick Soup with Almonds

This is My latest Experiments with some new Idea.As in My family everybody likes to sip A Bowl of Soup very regularly, so This idea clicks very nicely. But from the very begining I was bit nervous with this preparation that wheather It will hit or not.But Its nice to say that there was no reason to down myself.It sounds great and I feel very Happy.In cold season or rainy day it is Like a smoothy relaxation at your own home...Have a bowl for all of you.And of course I am very happy to share with you all...Hope You will like it... Preparation Time : 15-20 min. Cooking Time : 10-15 min. Servings : 4 Ingredients : Cottage Cheese 100gm.(Greated/Grinded) Boiled egg Yolks 4 small size . Skimmed Milk 1 cup. Corn flour 3 tbsp. Almonds Powder 4 tbsp. Onion leek 1/2 cup. Gralic paste 1 tsp. Ginger paste 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper 1-2 tbsp. Salt to taste . Sugar to taste.(optional) Butter 2 tbsp.
