Jeera Rice

All over the day and night it is raining.Monsoon Raining is going on.Basically in this rainy day we like to go for the Khichdi .I mean to say it is the season for some hot and warm.Obviously then I would like share with you something different recipes in this week particularly.And You know in this rainy season I want to try only easy and tasty recipe which takes very little time to prepare. So I would like to share the most easiest recipe for a meal which is nothing but The Jeera Rice.Its aroma just like heaven and it goes awesome with any type of curries.But mostly I like to taste with some paneer gravy or non-veg curries.To prepare jeera rice I like to use little ginger paste & Coriander leaves for adding more flavour. Hope you will like this warm meal for this monsoon season. Ingredients  2 cups Basmati Rice. 2 tbsp Ghee/Oil. 3 tbsp Cumin seeds. 1/2 tsp Ginger paste. Lemon Rice

Today I want to share with you a very popular recipe of Rice preparation. In my blog collection there are very rare collection of rice menu.So,This week I just want to post a southern recipe, Lemon Rice.I am a great fan of this Rice.This is my version as I saw this preparation can be done in many ways.Whenever I want to change my taste,This rice is goes nice to make my taste in some differ.Hope you will Like it...So check this out... Ingredients : 1 and 1/2 cups Basmati Rice. 3 tbsp lemon juice 2tbsp oil 2tbsp bengal gram flour(besan) 1/4tsp asafoetida 2 dried chillies,broken in half 1tbsp split black gram 1tbsp split bengal gram 1/2tsp fenugreek seeds 1tsp mustard seeds 1 bay leaves Few curry leaves 1/4 tsp turmeric powder salt to taste Methods : Wash and soak rice in three cups of water for about half an hour.Drain. Methi Paratha

Paratha can be called Indian Flat Bread which can be made out of various stuffs like potatoes,vegetables,paneer and masalas or spices.Indian flat Bread or paratha is prepared by kneading wheat flour, after that it is fried with little oil. As there is using such little oil so it is not so oily too.There are various kind of paratha which are different from each other as because of there region or states,like Punjabi paratha,South Indian paratha,Gujrathi Paratha and all... Paratha can be eaten with pickle and Yoghurt.Basically in bengali paratha is triangular in shape. In some paratha usually I liked to make Methi paratha and potatoes paratha which are very popular in my family members.But today I want to share with you the Paratha Stuffed with Fenugreek leaves which is called Methi Paratha .There is much more differences of making of Methi paratha.
