Country Thick Soup with Almonds

This is My latest Experiments with some new Idea.As in My family everybody likes to sip A Bowl of Soup very regularly, so This idea clicks very nicely. But from the very begining I was bit nervous with this preparation that wheather It will hit or not.But Its nice to say that there was no reason to down myself.It sounds great and I feel very Happy.In cold season or rainy day it is Like a smoothy relaxation at your own home...Have a bowl for all of you.And of course I am very happy to share with you all...Hope You will like it...



Preparation Time :15-20 min.
Cooking Time : 10-15 min.
Servings : 4

Ingredients :

Cottage Cheese 100gm.(Greated/Grinded)
Boiled egg Yolks 4 small size .
Skimmed Milk 1 cup.
Corn flour 3 tbsp.
Almonds Powder 4 tbsp.
Onion leek 1/2 cup.
Gralic paste 1 tsp.
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp.
Black Pepper 1-2 tbsp.
Salt to taste .
Sugar to taste.(optional)
Butter 2 tbsp.

Method :

Heat butter in a pan,add garlic and ginger paste and saute.
Add grated cheese,onion leeks and saute for sometimes.
Beat boiled yolks,skimmed milk so nicely that there are no lumps.
Add the mixture to the pan and cook for sometimes.
Mix corn flour with 3 cups water and pour it to the pan.
Add salt and sugar to taste.
Let it come to boil.
Remove from gas oven,Pour hot soup into the soup bowls.
Add Almonds powder and Black pepper each of them.
And now the "Country Thick Soup with Almonds" is ready.
Serve immediately.
